Investing in the Czech Republic is a "safer bet" than some other East European countries, according to foreign property website Property-Abroad.com.
A strengthening economy, favourable prices and a relatively low level of risk are a few of the factors that are drawing foreign investors to the country, said the company's director Les Calvert.
Mr Calvert also said that external force such as the media had played a significant role in raising awareness of the country and improved the way it is portrayed.
He said: "I would say the Czech Republic is a safe investment as opposed to some of the more obscure ones which obviously need a bit more time to mature.
"It's a safer bet, and that's what property investors tend to go for – the level of risk involved."
