Real estate company Latio informs that apartment prices in Riga have decreased by 3.5% in June. This follows a slightly less than 1% decline in May. It's a bit early to make conclusions based on two month data but the hot real estate market in Latvia may be cooling down. Meanwhile, multiple economists are sounding alarm about the overall state of the Latvian economy (e.g. Latvian banks borrowing too much money from abroad).
