Low prices and fast growth make Istanbul an excellent investment opportunity.
It's a bull market in Istanbul, apparently. Low prices and fast growth make the city on the Bosphorus an excellent investment opportunity.
Turkish Embassy figures say some 13,000 Brits have already bought in Turkey, mostly in coastal areas. The capital has the magic mix of low prices (2-bed flats go for around £51,000) and spiralling demand. Istanbul will also be Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010, which should swell the city's already healthy tourist trade.
